Chris is an operator-turned-investor whose experience spans M&A, company building, capital formation, and exit execution.
Most recently he was Head of Finance and Operations at Hatch, a US AI platform acquired by Yelp, where he led the transaction and post-acquisition integration.
Earlier, he spent nearly a decade as founder and CEO of a cross-border equity crowdfunding platform across Australia and New Zealand, raising capital across sectors, working with investors from retail to institutional, and helping drive regulatory change to widen access to private markets.
He later moved to the US to build a venture studio for NEOM with a Silicon Valley partner, launching businesses from the ground up through customer-led research. He began his career in M&A at Deloitte.
