Ophir is looking to hire an Investment Specialist

Ophir is seeking a highly motivated Investment Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with wealth managers and financial advisers and communicating to them the performance of Ophir’s investment portfolios.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a client facing role within financial services.

The Investment Specialist will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with wealth managers and financial advisers.
• Delivering engaging and informative presentations to investors, showcasing our investment portfolios.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Ophir’s investment portfolios and communicating these effectively to clients.
• Collaborating with other teams, including investment team and marketing, to deliver exceptional service and results to clients.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and client information in the CRM system.

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Previous experience in a sales role in financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build rapport with clients.
• Extraverted with a strong understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel frequently within Australia.
